Expert Panel: The Transparency Law Project



The Centro de Estudios Políticos y Constitucionales has brought together an expert panel to study and analyse the draft of the Law on Transparency, Access to Information and Good governance.

Their first session, which focused on the introduction of the draft and the analysis of the first chapter, took place on 26 April 2012. Introduction: Esperanza Sambrano. Speaker: Manuel Vitoria.

The second, which focused on Chapter II Title Deed I (Right to Access of Public information, Transparency of public activity), took place on 17 May 2012. Speakers included Jose Aurejo Garcia, Emilio Guchot and José Luis Piñar.

The third, which focused on Deed II: Good governance, took place on 24 May 2012. Speakers included Antonio Descalzo and Alberto Palomar.

The fourth session (analysis and debate on different users´proposals) took place on 31 May 2012. Speakers included Elisa de la Nuez and Juan José Lavila.

Fifth session: dialogue between Antonio Garrigues and Victor Perez Diaz about Transparency and Good Governance, 14 June 2012.

All sessions took place at 5pm in the Sala de Juntas at the Centrode Esutdios Politicos y Constitucionales.

Finally, the CEPC together with the Fundación Manuel Giménez Abad, dedicated the session on 8 October 2012 to the theme of Transparency and Good governance in the Autonomous State. Speakers included: Isabel Giménez Sánchez, Manuel Arguerila, Eliseo Aja and M. Dolores Llop.
