Revista de Administración Pública

The Revista de Administración Pública (RAP) was founded in 1950 at the initiative of professor E. García de Enterría, since then it has come out every four months. It is published by the Centro de Estudios Políticos y Constitucionales (Institute of Political and Constitutional Studies). RAP publishes public law studies, commentaries on jurisprudence, chronicles of Spanish and EU law, chronicles of non-Spanish and Latin-American law, and book reviews. RAP is a benchmark authority for administrative law in both Spain and Latin America.

The Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT) has renewed the RAP its certificate of "Excellence" until the 7th of June, 2019.
