Resumen
El presente ensayo tiene por objeto analizar las sentencias dictadas por las cortes,
tribunales y salas constitucionales, conforme a su naturaleza, contenido, efectos y ejecución, teniendo en consideración el derecho comparado y particularmente los fallos pronunciados por la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación mexicana. El estudio se realiza desde las disciplinas del derecho constitucional y la doctrina procesal, a la luz de la evolución de la regulación normativa y especialmente de la jurisprudencia que dichos organismos jurisdiccionales especializados han desarrollado particularmente en las llamadas sentencias interpretativas con sus numerosos matices. El análisis también incorpora la óptica del derecho internacional, debido a la creciente influencia de este última en las constitucionales nacionales contemporáneas y considerando la eficacia de la jurisprudencia de los tribunales internacionales en el ámbito interno.

Abstract

the compared issues and particularly the failures pronounced by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Mexican Nation. The study consider the disciplines of the dogmatic
constitutional and the procedural laws, considering the evolution of the Mexican law
and the jurisprudence of these specialized jurisdictional organisms, that have specially developed in the calls interpretative sentences with numerous shades. The analysis also incorporates the optics of the international law, due to the increasing influence of this last one in the contemporary national constitutions and considering the effectiveness of the jurisprudence of the international courts in the national courts.
