Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene por objeto el análisis crítico de las nuevas perspectivas de la valoración del daño corporal en la más reciente jurisprudencia de la Sala Primera del Tribunal Supremo y, en particular, a luz de la Sentencia 951/2025, de 17 de junio (Pleno), en la que se revisan varias cuestiones que devienen esenciales sobre la materia, como son el baremo temporalmente aplicable, la compatibilidad entre la indemnización que corresponde a la víctima por sus lesiones con la que corresponde a los perjudicados por el fallecimiento, las consecuencias indemnizatorias del fallecimiento de la víctima en el curso del procedimiento y la actualización del daño conforme al interés legal.

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to critically analyse the new perspectives on the assessment of bodily injury in the most recent jurisprudence of the First Chamber of the Supreme Court and, in particular, in the light of Judgment 951/2025, of 17 June (plenary), in which several issues that become essential on the subject are reviewed, such as: the temporally applicable scale, the compatibility between the compensation that corresponds to the victim for his injuries with that corresponds to those injured by the death, the compensatory consequences of the death of the victim in the course of the procedure and the updating of the damage in accordance with the legal interest.
