Resumen
La aparición de la posible agrupación diferenciada por sexo en la educación básica en la reforma de la LOE hecha por la LOMCE dio lugar a diversos pronunciamientos del Tribunal Constitucional y doctrinales. Analizaremos esta posibilidad de agrupamientos en educación partiendo de los diferentes apartados del art. 27 de la Constitución española. Se toma como base del estudio a los titulares del derecho a la educación en su etapa obligatoria: el alumnado. Se afronta desde una perspectiva tangencial que tiene en cuenta las diferencias individuales en cuanto a la atención a la diversidad. Entiende el autor que, aunque se alude a la libertad presente en dicho artículo al optar por este método pedagógico, la conclusión a la que se llega es que es inconstitucional reforzar la libertad de los padres restringiendo esa libertad a los alumnos.

Abstract
The emergence of the possible gender-differentiated grouping in basic education in the reform of the LOE by the LOMCE gave rise to various pronouncements by the Constitutional Court and other legal scholars. We will analyze this possibility of grouping in education based on the different sections of Article 27 of the Spanish Constitution. The study focuses on the holders of the right to education during the compulsory education period: the students. It is approached from a tangential perspective that considers individual differences in terms of addressing diversity. The author understands that, although the freedom present in this article is alluded to when choosing this pedagogical method, the conclusion reached is that it is unconstitutional to reinforce the freedom of parents by restricting that freedom for students.
