Resumen
La reforma constitucional de 1994 en Argentina significó un importante avance en materia de derecho y garantías fundamentales, así como una significativa innovación en materia de instituciones y organización del poder. A treinta años de su sanción, se impone un análisis acerca de qué efectividad ha tenido esta reforma, qué impacto causó en el sistema constitucional argentino y, especialmente, en su sistema político y jurídico.
El presente trabajo hace una revisión detallada de cada una de las reformas introducidas, individualizando y analizando las modificaciones, supresiones y enmiendas al texto constitucional de 1853, teniendo en cuenta los objetivos propuestos por esta reforma para, finalmente, realizar un balance sobre el logro de tales objetivos en estos treinta años de vigencia y una exploración sobre los desafíos futuros del derecho constitucional en Argentina.

Abstract
The 1994 constitutional reform in Argentina represented an important step forward in terms of fundamental rights and guarantees, as well as a significant innovation in terms of institutions and organization of power. Thirty years after its enactment, it is necessary to analyze the effectiveness of this reform, its impact on the Argentine constitutional system and, especially, on its political and legal system.
This paper makes a detailed review of each of the reforms introduced, individualizing and analyzing the modifications, deletions and amendments to the constitutional text of 1853, taking into account the objectives proposed by this reform and, finally, making a balance on the achievement of such objectives in these thirty years into force, and an exploration of the future challenges for constitutional law in Argentina.
