Resumen
La discusión en torno al derecho a la paz y su relación con la cultura de paz y la Agenda 2030 resulta de especial relevancia en el contexto latinoamericano. En el presente artículo pretendo poner de relieve la manera en que los Estados de Latinoamérica han internalizado, tanto en sus constituciones como en su normativa interna, la necesidad de garantizar un orden social que promueva la paz y el desarrollo sostenible, realizado mediante la cultura y la educación para la paz.

Abstract
The discussion surrounding the right to peace and its relationship with the culture of peace and the 2030 Agenda is of particular relevance in the Latin American context. In this article, I aim to highlight the way in which Latin American States have internalized, both in their constitutions and in their domestic legislation, the need to guarantee a social order that promotes peace and sustainable development, achieved through the culture of and education for peace.
