Resumen
En determinadas circunstancias, los abuelos, singularmente en casos de padres premuertos, tienen un interés legítimo que les posibilita intervenir en los expedientes de adopción de sus nietos y obtener una resolución fundada y motivada en el interés del menor. Negarlo implica atentar contra su derecho a la tutela judicial efectiva.

Abstract
In certain circumstances, grandparents, particularly in cases of predeceased parents, have a legitimate interest that enables them to intervene in the adoption proceedings of their grandchildren and obtain a well-founded and motivated decision in the best interest of the minor. Denying this would entail violating their right to effective judicial protection.
