Resumen
El presente trabajo ofrece una visión panorámica sobre el vínculo entre violencia de género y derecho a la vivienda en un escenario multinivel. En concreto, se estudia esta relación en el marco de tres sistemas jurídicos incardinados en el ordenamiento español: el sistema universal de protección de los derechos humanos de Naciones Unidas, el sistema regional del Consejo de Europa y el ordenamiento jurídico de la Unión Europea. Finalmente, se analizan las medidas adoptadas en el sistema normativo propiamente estatal —nacional y autonómico— para garantizar el derecho a la vivienda de estas mujeres, tanto en la vertiente del acceso a una vivienda digna, como frente a los desalojos forzosos.

Abstract
This paper aims to offer a panoramic view on the link between gender violence and the right to housing in a multilevel scenario. Specifically, this relationship is studied in the framework of three legal systems integrated within Spanish law: the universal system for the protection of human rights of the United Nations, the regional system of the Council of Europe and the legal system of the European Union. Finally, there is an exam of the measures adopted in the state regulatory system itself —both national and regional— to guarantee the right to housing of these women, both in terms of access to decent housing and in relation to their protection against forced evictions.
