Resumen
Este novedoso artículo pretende analizar desde una perspectiva eminentemente crítica la última normativa relativa a la violencia de género, tal y como la define la Ley Orgánica 1/2004, de 28 de diciembre, de Medidas de Protección Integral contra la Violencia de Género, dictada por el secretario de Estado de Seguridad y dirigida, en este caso, a la Policía Nacional. Con la referida normativa se pretende una mayor eficacia en la valoración policial del riesgo, la protección y seguridad de las víctimas, así como la disminución de los asesinatos de violencia de género que, como es públicamente conocido, han sufrido un alarmante incremento en los últimos meses. A esto debemos añadir el análisis de la Guía de actuación policial y violencia de género que incorpora la perspectiva de género a la actuación policial.

Abstract
This novel article aims to analyze, from an eminently critical perspective, the last norms related to gender violence, as defined by the Integral Law 1/2004, established by the Secretary of State for Security (Spanish Home Office) directed, in this case, to the National Police Force. With the referred Norm they aim to get a higher efficacy in the risk assessment from the police point of view, increased safety and protection for the victims, and to reduce the amount of murders due to gender violence that, as is publicly known, have shown an alarming increase during the last weeks. We have also added the assessment of the Guideline for police actuation and gender violence, that incorporates gender perspective to police actuation.
