Resumen
Esta crónica pretende dar noticia del 8.º Coloquio Luso-Español de Derecho Administrativo, celebrado en el Campus de Gualtar de la Universidad de Minho (Braga, Portugal) los días 5 y 6 de diciembre de 2008. Dicho Coloquio abordó una amplia temática relativa a los problemas actuales de la Administración municipal, incluyendo aspectos como las condiciones necesarias para una autonomía efectiva de los municipios y, en particular, la importancia de la población y el territorio, las posibilidades de reforma de las actuales estructuras municipales y de su régimen jurídico, la organización de los servicios municipales, los instrumentos de la Administración municipal y, en especial, las empresas municipales y las fundaciones municipales, y la influencia del Derecho comunitario en la Administración municipal.

Abstract
This chronicle tries to go through the 8th Luso-Spanish Seminary of Administrative Law, celebrated in the Campus of Gualtar of the Universidade do Minho (Braga, Portugal) on December 5th-6th, 2008. This Seminary approached an ample thematic relative to the present problems of the municipal administration, including aspects like the necessary conditions for an effective autonomy of the municipalities and the importance of the population and the territory, the possibilities of reform of the present municipal structures and their legal regime, the organization of the municipal services, the instruments of the municipal administration and, specially, municipal companies and foundations, and the influence of the European Union Law in the municipal administration.
