Resumen
Este trabajo tiene por objeto dos recientes sentencias de la Sala Tercera del Tribunal Supremo acerca del fenómeno de la degradación de rango de normas con fuerza de ley que modifican disposiciones reglamentarias. Analiza la noción general del fenómeno, los criterios negativos que la jurisprudencia mantiene hacia él y la praxis legislativa habida de los últimos años.

Abstract
This paper focuses on two recent judgments from the Third Chamber of the Spanish Supreme Court concerning the trend in downgrading the rank of regulatory provisions amended by statutory rules. It analyses the general concepts and notions surrounding this tendency, the negative criteria that case law maintains toward it, and the legislative practices/initiatives which have taken place in recent years.
