Resumen
El objeto de este artículo es proporcionar el contexto y, sobre esa base, reflexionar acerca del objetivo de la última reforma del Estatuto del Tribunal de Justicia en el marco de la evolución de sistema jurisdiccional de la Unión Europea desde la perspectiva de un usuario y al tiempo un actor de esa arquitectura como es un agente de un Estado miembro.

Abstract
The purpose of this article is to provide the context and on that basis to reflect on the objective of the latest reform of the Statute of the Court of Justice in the context of the evolution of the European Union’s judicial system from the perspective of user and at the same time an actor of that architecture as an agent of a Member State.
