Resumen
En este artículo, me propongo describir las opiniones de Carl Schmitt sobre Hannah Arendt. La particularidad de esta recepción reside en que se manifiesta principalmente en manuscritos y anotaciones en los ejemplares que componen la biblioteca de Schmitt. Este trabajo quiere ser novedoso por dos motivos. En primer lugar, mi artículo analizará las notas de lectura que Schmitt dedicó a Eichmann en Jerusalén, lo que ayuda a aclarar la postura tanto sobre Hannah Arendt como sobre otros temas más generales como el nazismo, la solución final y Hitler a comienzo de la década de los sesenta. En segundo lugar, el artículo analizará una serie de comentarios que Schmitt dedica a Arendt en el ejemplar de El concepto de lo político de su biblioteca, los cuales hasta el momento han permanecido desconocidos para la bibliografía. Este artículo concluye que las idiosincrásicas anotaciones a este libro de Arendt no sirven para establecer un diálogo entre dos de los pensadores políticos más importantes del siglo xx. Sirven, en cambio, para perfilar la opinión de Schmitt sobre algunos aspectos nucleares de esta centuria.

Abstract
In this article, I want to describe Carl Schmitt’s opinions on Hannah Arendt. The originality of his reading lies in the fact that can be found mainly in Schmitt’s manuscripts and remarks in the private books of Carl Schmitt. My article wants to be an income for Schmitt’s bibliography for two reasons. In the first place, my article will analyze why Eichmann in Jerusalem attracted Schmitt’s attention. This reading will help to discover the opinions of Carl Schmitt about Nazism, final solution, Hitler at the beginning of the sixties. In the second place, I will analyze the remarks that Schmitt devoted to Arendt in his personal volume of The Concept of the Political, which hitherto have been remain unknown. The conclusion of this article is that Schmitt’s personal remarks on Arendt do not allow to establish a comparison between these two important figures, but to reconstruct Schmitt’s opinions on core topics of the history of the twentieth century.
