Resumen
En nuestro derecho, la situación de los menores transexuales todavía no ha sido abordada en su integridad. La Constitución y demás legislación ofrecen un marco protector de sus derechos. La regulación sobre la situación de estos se ha producido dentro de la legislación de algunas comunidades autónomas (CC. AA.) sobre identidad de género; en ellas se reconoce el derecho a recibir protección de los poderes públicos y a la atención integral de sus necesidades, aunque es muy parca y se opera en dos ámbitos concretos, el educativo y el sanitario, si bien en este último no se contemplan todas las complejas cuestiones que se plantean en la realidad social. No obstante, dicha referencia es de importancia transcendental, pues es la primera vez que expresamente se regula la situación de dichos menores.

Abstract
On our legal system, the situation of transgender children still not been addressed in its entirety. The Constitution and other laws provide a protective framework of their rights. The regulation on the situation of the same has occurred in some regions legislation on gender identity; in them is recognized the right to protection of the public authorities and the comprehensive care of their needs, although it is very sparse
and operates in two specific areas, education and health, even though the second mention are not covered all complex issues arising in the social reality. Nevertheless, this reference performs importance transcendental since it is the first time that expressly regulates the situation of the above mentioned minors.
