Resumen
En el cuadragésimo quinto aniversario de la constitución del pluralismo lingüístico, mediante previsión de un flexible modelo conjuntivo de la lengua española oficial del Estado y otras lenguas españolas de habilitada declaración estatutaria de oficialidad, se trata de hacer balance del grado relativo de ajuste a las exigencias del modelo de conjunción lingüística en la enseñanza, jurisprudencialmente caracterizado mediante un acervo doctrinal expresivo de la especificidad del modelo. Se analiza críticamente el actual estado de la cuestión. Y se concluye planteando una alternativa reasunción de la plena condición docente de la lengua española de uso (más) común en España o, en otro caso, la apertura de un debate a propósito del futuro del vigente modelo constitucional.

Abstract
On the forty-fifth anniversary of the constitution of linguistic pluralism, through the provision of a flexible conjunctive model of the official Spanish language of the State and other Spanish languages with a statutory declaration of officiality, the aim is to take stock of the relative degree of adjustment to the requirements of the model of linguistic conjunction in education, characterised by jurisprudence through a body of doctrine expressive of the specificity of the model. The current state of affairs is critically analysed. And it concludes by proposing an alternative: the resumption of the full teaching status of the Spanish language in (more) common use in Spain or, in another case, the opening of a debate on the future of the current constitutional model.
