Resumen
En este trabajo se estudia la incidencia de la STC 66/2022, de 2 de junio, en la resolución de los conflictos materno-fetales y en la configuración de la intimidad y autodeterminación femeninas a propósito del dictado de una orden judicial. Esta impuso a una embarazada el ingreso en un hospital para inducirle el parto, aun cuando la mujer quería dar a luz en su domicilio.

Abstract
This paper studies the incidence of STC 66/2022 of June 2, 2022 on the resolution of fetal-maternal conflicts and the configuration of female privacy and self-determination regarding a Court order that imposed on a pregnant woman the non-voluntary admission to a hospital to induce labor, even though the woman wanted to give birth at home.
