Resumen
Este trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar el tema de «La Dimensión Política del Control de Constitucionalidad en el Sistema Argentino» enfocándolo en dos trascendentales temas abordados por la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación, como cabeza del Poder Judicial e intérprete final de la Constitución: En primer lugar, en la progresiva expansión que se advierte en el control judicial de las llamadas «cuestiones políticas », en los distintas materias analizadas. En segundo lugar, demostrando cómo ejerciendo el alto Tribunal el control de constitucionalidad definitivo sobre los actos estatales, asume las funciones de un «poder constituyente material» que fija el sentido de los textos constitucionales, amplia o modifica las dimensiones de sus vigencias, o erige nuevos institutos sustantivos y procesales que surjan implícitamente de su texto.

Abstract
The objective of this article is to analyze the topic: The Political Scope of the Constitutional Control in the Argentine System. It focuses on two significant subjects dealt with by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, as head of the Judicial Power and the ultimate interpreter of the Constitution. On the first place, the increasing expansion of the judicial control over the so-called «political questions» on different topics analyzed. On the second place, how the Supreme Court, by exerting the ultimate constitutional control over the state acts, takes on the functions of an «actual constituent power». Such power interprets the constitutional texts, expands or modifies their validity, or establishes new substantial and procedural rights implicit in their texts.
