Resumen
El artículo analiza las perspectivas de dos mecanismos jurídicos de control supraconstitucional de las leyes en los sistemas regionales de protección de los derechos humanos: el control de convencionalidad y la reparación social transformativa. Se realiza un aporte original a la teoría política normativa y la filosofía política, al analizar la manera en que estas innovaciones jurídicas propias del sistema interamericano pueden contribuir a la consolidación de la gobernanza global y el cosmopolitismo. El documento analiza los aportes del control convencional a la moderna teoría del Estado, describe el sistema de las fuentes de dicho control y el régimen de la tutela de los derechos y libertades. Plantea las posibilidades de una hipotética jurisdicción continental a partir del desarrollo jurisprudencial de estas dos herramientas jurídicas y la forma en que se aproximan a un ideal de justicia económica internacional.

Abstract
The paper analyzes two legal mechanisms of suprastate control in the Regional Systems for the Protection of Human Rights: Control of Conventionality and the Transformative Social Reparation. From the philosophical and historical analysis, the way in which these legal innovations, typical of the InterAmerican System for the Protection of Human Rights, can contribute to the consolidation of global governance and cosmopolitanism is analyzed. The document analyzes the contributions of the conventional control of the laws to the modern theory of the State, describes the system of the sources of said control and the regime of the protection of rights and liberties. It raises a hypothetical continental jurisdiction based on the possibilities that these two legal tools offer to the ideal of international economic justice.
